General

Would you like to return your item? We would like to hear from you within 14 days of receiving your order. The products must be sent in a new and unused condition in the original packaging. 

Return Process

When you want to return, we would like to ask you to this form download and fill out. Complete this form together with the product in its original packaging and send it to the address below:

Is your order not to your liking and do you want your purchase amount refunded? Then you are responsible for the costs of the return shipment. We recommend that you purchase a Track & Use the trace method to send your return.

Do you want to exchange your bomber jacket for a different size or do you prefer a different model? Send us a message to info@stygr.com and we will send you a return label at our expense.

Refund

After receipt of your return and inspection of the condition of your product, we will process the return. This will take up to 14 days. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions

Is your product damaged? Please contact contact us.

Products cannot be exchanged for a different size. If you would like to exchange your product for a different size, you can simply place a new order for the product and  return the original product for a refund.
