Did my order come through okay?

Once your order has been successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation by email at the email address you provided. It's possible that the confirmation email may end up in your spam folder.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel items from the collection within 24 hours of placing the order. For more information, please contact us.


How do I return an Item?

To initiate a return, please go to your STYGR account at Click on the order for which you want to submit the return. If your order contains more than one item, select the items you wish to return. Select a reason for the return and add a comment. Finally, click on "Request return". If your return request has been approved and should be sent, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label. After the product has been returned, you will receive a refund.

What is your return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.


Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping for orders from €175.

It depends on the garment how it should be best cleaned. You will find a washing instruction with your order.
